CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation Before Influencer Acceptance

If a Campaign Owner cancels a campaign before the Influencer accepts it:

The Campaign Owner will receive a refund of the Campaign Value after deduction of:

  • Platform Service Fee

  • GST applicable on Platform Service Fee

  • Payment Processing Fee

  • GST applicable on Payment Processing Fee

  • Payment Gateway charges (if applicable)

These deductions cover administrative, processing and banking costs already incurred.


2. Cancellation After Influencer Acceptance

If cancellation occurs after Influencer acceptance:

  • Refund eligibility will depend on campaign progress.

  • If work has commenced or been completed, partial or no refund may apply.

  • The platform reserves the right to determine refund amount based on submitted documentation.


3. Non-Refundable Components

The following amounts are non-refundable:

  • Platform Service Fee

  • GST on Platform Service Fee

  • Payment Processing Fee

  • GST on Processing Fee

  • Payment Gateway Charges

  • Completed service value


4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Actual credit timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
