This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions conducted on the platform between Campaign Owners (“Brands”) and Influencers (“Service Providers”).
The platform operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions and is not the direct provider of influencer services.
All payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners including:
Razorpay
Cashfree
The platform does not store card details.
Each campaign payment may include:
Campaign Value (Influencer Fee)
Platform Service Fee (currently 7%)
Payment Processing Fee (currently 2%)
Applicable GST (18%) on Platform Service Fee and Processing Fee
The total amount payable is displayed clearly before payment confirmation.
GST is applicable only on:
Platform Service Fee
Payment Processing Fee
GST is not charged by the platform on the Campaign Value unless required under applicable law.
The platform collects GST and remits it to the Government in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
A campaign is confirmed only after:
Successful payment authorization
Confirmation from the payment gateway
Funds credited to the platform
If a transaction fails but funds are debited, reversal timelines depend on the issuing bank (typically 5–7 business days).
Payment gateway charges are applied as per the agreement between the platform and the payment partner. These charges may be recovered through the Payment Processing Fee disclosed at checkout.
All transactions are subject to fraud monitoring and compliance review. The platform reserves the right to suspend or hold transactions suspected of fraud or policy violations.
