Dividr – Account & Data Deletion Policy

At Dividr, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Dividr account:
Send an email from your registered email address to
support@dividr.net
Use the subject line:
“Dividr Account Deletion Request”
Include at least one of the following details:
Registered email address
Registered mobile number
Requests submitted from unregistered contact details may require additional verification.

Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from Dividr systems:
User profile information
Email address and mobile number
Login and authentication credentials
Linked third-party account connections
App preferences, settings, and usage data
Notifications and in-app activity records

Third-Party Data Access
Dividr accesses third-party services only after explicit user consent
Data obtained from external platforms is used solely to provide app functionality
Dividr does not store external platform content permanently
All active access permissions and authorization tokens are revoked immediately after account deletion

Data That May Be Retained
After account deletion, Dividr may retain limited data strictly for:
Legal obligations
Security and fraud prevention
Regulatory and compliance requirements
This data is restricted, secured, and never used for marketing or analytics.

Data Retention Period
Any retained data is automatically deleted within 90 days
If legal requirements apply, data may be retained only for the duration mandated by law

Deletion Processing Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 working days
Users will receive confirmation once deletion is completed

User Control & Transparency
Users may request deletion at any time
No account deletion request requires payment
Data is not sold or shared with advertisers
All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws
